Online Application – Tips on what to include in the profile box

  • Make a note of your successes, did you increase profits? did you overcome barriers? You are the star of this show and it will not serve you (or them) to hold back on how great you are!
  • What drives you? Facts are great, but the pub trade is a personable one and letting a bit of your personality shine through will only add weight to your profile. Pubs need people and including some information about why you want to be in the trade, what your personal goals and work ethics are and how will they benefit this opportunity.
