Bricklayers Arms

Located in a busy residential area, the Bricklayers Arms is a wet and sports-led community pub, just ten minutes’ walk from the train station and main high street in the London Borough of Bromley.

Historically part of Kent, Bromley became a part of Greater London in 1965 when it was incorporated as a Borough. It now blends its historical roots with modern urban living, providing its residents and visitors with a great mix of historic sites, multiple country parks and gardens, family-friendly attractions, shopping, dining and cultural experiences for all ages. Given its excellent transport links and convenient access to central London, it is also considered a great London commuter area for families and professionals.

The Bricklayers Arms underwent an extensive internal and external refurbishment scheme in late 2024, so you will find it in excellent condition throughout. Now demonstrating a stylish and contemporary feel, internally, you will find an open plan, U-shaped trade area including a lower bar, an upper bar and a games area for approx.60 covers. Although not currently utilised, there is a well-equipped trade kitchen with an external fridge and storage areas on site, so there is great potential to reintroduce a food offer.

Outside, the Bricklayers Arms’ unique courtyard-style garden was also transformed during the refurbishment scheme. Set out over split levels and catering for approx.60 covers in total, two covered and heated terraces boast TV screens, bright, modern bench furniture and colourful planters.

The private accommodation is also set out over two floors and includes a private entrance, large lounge, kitchen, bathroom and three attic bedrooms. You will also find an office, two storage/bedrooms and two attic bedrooms on the upper floor.
