The Dunblane Hotel is a traditional Scottish Inn in the centre of Dunblane, an affluent town three miles north of Stirling with a 12,000 population. The pub is centrally located next to a row of shops and Post office, with the train station across the road making it conveniently located for train and bus services. Here you’ll thrive during evenings and weekends and develop the daytime trade.
The pub has 2 separate bar trading areas, with ladies and gents toilets, storage areas including a large basement cellar with more storage downstairs. There are 6 rooms upstairs, currently being used as management accommodation. There is a large beer garden to the side of the pub, and a smaller outside area to the rear of the pub, overlooking the river. The public bar was recently refurbished to a very high standard but they have another exciting investment planned for the pub to keep it looking refreshed and new.
