NewRiver Reit acquires Hawthorn Leisure

Following on from the breaking news this morning that NewRiver Reit have purchased Hawthorn Leisure for £107million Helen Lees Managing Director of MyPubGroup.ltd the recruiting partner for both parties commented:

The deal will see Hawthorn Leisure’s estate combined with NewRiver’s, increasing its size from 331 to 629 sites, although the Hawthorn name will be retained.
